Chelsea police chief joins Rep. Schmaltz for Capitol 9/11 memorial

State Rep. Kathy Schmaltz today welcomed Chelsea Police Chief Kevin Kazyak to the state Capitol for a special ceremony. The annual ceremony marks the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, honors first responders and military members, and remembers those in Michigan who have died in the line of duty.
